Fantastic service, warm and friendly staff, helpful advice, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, complimentary bicycles.

The staff were so helpful, speaking multiple languages and going above and beyond to organize tours and help me with anything I needed. Plus, the billiards table was a nice touch for some entertainment in the evenings.

Oh, and who doesn't love a hostel that's a bit far from the city? It was just perfect for those scenic bike rides, you know.

My family and I had an very nice stay at Welkom Inn. We were looking for a peaceful location, and we were actually surprised to find that it was only a short taxi ride away from the city center. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed meeting other guests from different parts of Vietnam and even backpackers staying in the dorm. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious, and the staff were really good too make our stay enjoyable. The free bicycles were a great bonus for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and cute experience.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hostel in Can Tho called Welkom Inn. It was the best hostel experience I've had in Vietnam! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending great local cuisine and even helping me book a bus for free. The breakfast provided was wonderful, with a wide variety of delicious options. One night, there was even a surprise dinner for all guests with banana wine. The rooms and bathroom were always clean and tidy. I will definitely be staying at Welkom Inn again if I return to Can Tho.

The morning meal could have offered more variety.

the staff at the inn, particularly Minh and her co-workers, were incredibly sweet and made me feel right at home. the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and I had the best birthday celebration there. the house was clean and comfortable, and the bed sheets were the most comfortable I've ever had. the location was convenient, with free bikes available for exploring the tourist locations. I also had a great time on the floating market tour.

Absolutely no dislikes whatsoever. Everything was perfect!

Christmas at this hotel was a disappointment. the staff lacked enthusiasm and there were no festive decorations or activities. the breakfast options were limited, and the buffet was poorly stocked. the location was inconvenient, far from the city center and difficult to access. the only advantage was the comfortable beds.
